At Glamandgear, we take pride in the quality of our unstitched suits.
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Fabric must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@glamandgear.com with your order details and clear product images.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been stitched, altered, or customized

Items purchased during sale or clearance offers

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen display (these are not considered defects)

Process
Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back.
After inspection, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
